ARCTIC CIGARETTE
THE THROAT OF WINTER HAS OPENED WIDE IN PORTLAND OREGON. NEARLY TEN INCHES OF WIND BLOWN FURY PEPPERS OUR BELOVED TOWN. CARS ARE CRASHING, BUSSES QUITTING THEIR ROUTES, AND THE LOCAL BAR RAN OUT OF WHISKEY. MORE DETAILS TO COME.
